Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors by carrying out access control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor and control entry and exit points, verify credentials, issue passes, and maintain logs.
• Screen personnel, vehicles, deliveries, and materials per site procedures; report unusual activity.
• Respond calmly to incidents and coordinate with site contacts and responders.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, parking, and facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
