Job summary

Allied Universal®, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Identity Screening in Fort Worth, TX. You will serve and safeguard clients in logistics and distribution and help maintain a secure environment by screening personnel and visitors, monitoring access points, and reporting concerns.

This full-time role offers a pay rate of $16.82 per hour and a steady schedule from Monday to Friday 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, with opportunities for career growth

Qualifications

• 6+ months of security-related experience.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or drivers at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel entering designated areas in accordance with site procedures, including verification of identification and authorization.
• Inspect packages, personal belongings, and/or vehicles as required by site policy and report prohibited items, irregularities, or unauthorized access attempts to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including entrances, shipping and receiving areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter, while reporting security-related concerns.
