Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking a Security Access Coordinator to administer access control systems and support vendor onboarding for on-site offices in Charlotte, NC. You will manage badge issuance, zone assignments, and daily access tasks to ensure quick, secure entry for tenants and contractors.

Responsibilities include system administration, monthly audits, and collaboration with facility management to align access with project needs. AHS/H.S.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required; an Associate degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years in a related field or similar access control/admin role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable with Windows and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate AccessKeeper onboarding for vendors and tenants; manage badge requests and activations.
• Administer base building access, create profiles, and set door schedules per tenant needs.
• Run monthly and quarterly audits of zones, credentials, and reader statuses.
• Maintain logs, coordinate with security, and escalate issues as needed.
