Mystic Lake Casino, Prior Lake, MN, seeks an Access Control Project Manager to lead security technology deployments, from hardware upgrades to system integrations. You will coordinate stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery within scope and compliant with security standards.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, risk management, and vendor oversight in a fast-paced environment. A strong PM background and security-focused knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in physical security technology, door hardware, or access control integration.
• Demonstrated project management experience in construction, security, or technology environments.
• Working knowledge of mechanical and electrified door hardware.
• Experience coordinating with integrators, locksmiths, and construction teams.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple concurrent projects across multiple sites in alignment with timelines/deadlines.
• Experience utilizing project management tools and technology.
• Skilled in risk mitigation, change management, and stakeholder communication.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification.
• ASIS PSP or similar security certification.
• Experience with enterprise access control platforms.
• Familiarity with IT networking fundamentals

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end project management for physical security technology deployments, including mechanical door hardware upgrades, access control installations, and system integrations.
• Develops and manages project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and communication plans.
• Coordinates with cross-functional teams for project planning and execution.
• Monitors vendor performance to ensure adherence to specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
• Conducts site assessments and participate in design reviews to validate hardware and system requirements.
