Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and drivers by following site security procedures.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel, visitors, deliveries, and contractors.
• Maintain records for visitors, contractors, and deliveries; issue access credentials according to procedures.
• Respond to access-control concerns, incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and escalate per protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of entry points, production-area perimeters, parking areas, and grounds to deter unauthorized activity.
