Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, seeks a Security Officer Full Time Credential Administration in Northampton, PA. You will manage access control, verify credentials, and assist visitors and employees while delivering professional security services.

The role involves monitoring entry points, maintaining access logs, responding to incidents, and patrolling facilities to deter unauthorized access.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, employee, contractor, and delivery credentials.
• Control entry/exit of vehicles, personnel, and deliveries and log access.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow reporting/escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols to deter unauthorized access and identify security concerns.
