Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation will be conducted as a condition of employment.
• A drug screen will be performed as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws and may be required.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and enforce site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor and control access by verifying credentials and maintaining logs.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and critical situations with calm, clear communication.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Document daily activities and access-control concerns per procedures.
