Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and access-control policies.
• Monitor and control access by verifying credentials and maintaining logs.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify site contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unauthorized activity.
• Document daily activities and access-control concerns per procedures.
