Job summary

Next Level Technician seeks a Lead Access Control Technician in Dallas, TX to install, troubleshoot, service, and commission security and access control systems.

You will install door hardware, CCTV systems, and read blueprints, with a willingness to travel within Texas. Benefits include PTO, medical coverage, sign-on & referral bonuses, and opportunities for advancement through training and hands-on projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial installation experience (access control/CCTV).
• Working knowledge of telecom and data networks.
• Programming experience in access control and CCTV a plus.
• Manufacturer certifications, BICSI, Lift, and OSHA certifications a plus.
• Basic hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots).
• Willingness to travel to job sites within the Texas region as needed.
