Job summary

Mercy Care Atlanta is seeking an Access Center Representative to be the primary scheduler for medical and dental services. You will manage appointments, verify insurance, and support a diverse patient population.

This full-time role requires excellent communication, Spanish fluency, and experience with scheduling systems. You will work with physicians and staff to optimize templates and ensure a smooth patient experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certification in medical insurance carriers or scheduling preferred.
• At least 1 year of customer service or patient relations experience in a healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in automated patient scheduling systems.
• Fluent in Spanish with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-9 and CPT coding, OSHA, and HIPAA guidelines.

Responsibilities

Position Purpose

What You Will Do
