Job summary

Accenture Construct is seeking an HR Administrator to support employee records, onboarding, and HR programs for our U.S. workforce. You will manage files, assist with audits, and handle inquiries with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in HR, some recruiting experience for technical roles, and strong communication and organizational skills while applying California and federal labor law knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience or HR certification.
• 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources.
• 1+ years of experience in recruiting technical/engineering positions preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interface with all levels of employees.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information professionally and tactfully.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Working knowledge of California and Federal labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee records and personnel files, ensuring accuracy and organization.
• Assist with HR reporting and audit requests.
• Process new hire paperwork and conduct new hire orientation.
• Track and follow up on compliance items such as trainings and certifications.
• Process employee lifecycle transactions including hires, rehires, promotions, transfers, and separations.
• Review transactions for completeness and accuracy before processing.
• Respond to employee inquiries and concerns.
• Escalate complex policy or system issues to HR or HRIS resources.
• Provide excellent customer service to all employees.
• Assist with administration of HR programs and projects.
• Create and maintain employee files to ensure legal compliance.

• You'll aintaimn employee records and personnel files, ensuring documents are accurate, complete, and properly organized
• You'll ensure employee electronic files are accurate and updated, and assist with HR reporting and audit requests
• You'll be collecting, reviewing and processing new hire paperwork and conducting new hire orientation.
• You'll help track and follow up on compliance items such as training completions, certifications, and policy acknowledgments
• You'll process employee lifecycle transactions including new hires, rehires, promotions, transfers, organizational changes, compensation updates, status changes & separations
• You'll review transactions for completeness and accuracy before processing.
• You'll respond to employee inquiries, questions and concerns
• You'll elevate complex policy or system issues to appropriate HR or HRIS resources.
• You'll provide excellent customer service to all employees.
• You'll assist with the administration of HR programs projects and assigned activities.
• You'll be creating and maintaining employee files to ensure legal compliance.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience or HR certification
