Job summary

The Institute for Advanced Learning and Research seeks an Nondestructive Testing Instructor for its Accelerated Training in Defense Manufacturing program. The role involves delivering instruction, advising students, lab setup/tear-down, consumables management, and supporting curriculum development.

Some travel may be required to support programs. Qualified candidates will hold ASNT Level II in RT/UT/MT/PT/VT and/or NAS 410, with appropriate education and significant NDT experience.

Qualifications

• ASNT Level II in RT/UT/MT/PT/VT required.
• Associate’s degree or higher in science/engineering/NDT.
• 10 years NDT experience with Level II in relevant methods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver NDT instruction in accelerated program.
• Advise and mentor students throughout training.
• Set up and tear down labs and manage consumables.
• Support curriculum development and program improvements.
• Travel may be required to support programs.
