Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Accela Functional Lead to guide public sector solution implementations in a remote capacity. The role emphasizes translating complex needs into actionable direction, validating information, and delivering aligned with Agile practices, in a consulting environment.

Candidates should demonstrate functional system knowledge, strong facilitation, and a detail-oriented approach. Remote work is available with a focus on stakeholder engagement and project execution.

Qualifications

• Experience with Accela or similar system integration in the public sector (required).
• Familiarity with Commercial Off-The-Shelf Agile methodologies and practices.
• Desirable background with Big 4/5 consulting or equivalent.
• CSM or PMP certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.

For our client, we are seeking a Accela Functional Lead to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will guide public sector solution implementations, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, information is validated, and delivery stays aligned to Agile practices. The position partners closely with stakeholders and project teams to translate complex needs into actionable direction and support successful project execution. It is well suited for someone who can combine functional system knowledge, strong facilitation skills, and a detail-oriented approach in a consulting environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $140,000 – $180,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of public sector solution projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements
• Analyze and rationalize complex information for team understanding
• Challenge and verify reported information for accuracy
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to methodologies

Qualifications

• Experience with Accela or similar system integration partners in the public sector
• Familiarity with Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Agile methodologies
• Desirable background in Big 4/5 consulting firms
• Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
