Job summary

Challenger Sports is seeking an Academy Soccer Coach to lead daily and weekly coaching sessions for players aged 2-14. The role involves flexible scheduling within a Saturday-driven program and reporting to the Regional Director.

Candidates must be comfortable working with children, have prior experience with youth, pass a thorough background check, and have access to reliable transportation to service sessions within a 30-minute radius of home in the USA.

Qualifications

• Must have experience coaching youth.

• Background check required for all staff.
• Own transport often required for sessions.

Academy Coach Role

• Coaching daily/weekly sessions to players of a variety of ages (2-14 years old).


• Scheduling: follow your schedule & be adaptable for any changes based on incremental weather


• Report to the Regional Director.

Compensation

$30 gross per hour, based on qualifications & experience.

Location

The session could be within a 30 minute radius of your home.

Times

The sessions will take place on Saturdays.

Requirements

Must be comfortable working with children of all age groups.

Must have experience working with children.

All staff must pass a rigorous background check.

The vast majority of positions require your own transport.

Must have work authorization to work in the USA.
