L.I.F.E. in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to join a transdisciplinary team serving children with developmental disabilities. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm (32–40 hours), with a strong emphasis on compassionate, holistic care.

New graduates are welcome; Arizona licensure is required. Salary ranges from $42.90 to $50.60 per hour, with a commitment bonus and a robust benefits package that supports staff well-being and professional development.

Qualifications

• Doctorate required and AZ state license active.
• Clinical pediatrics experience or internship counted.
• Comfort with a transdisciplinary team approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric physical therapy to clients.
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, BCBA and teachers in a team setting.
• Deliver assessments and therapeutic interventions per plan.

This position pays $42.90-$50.60/hour, commensurate with experience.

CommitmentBonus:$5000 - 25% after three months, 25% after six months, and 50% after one year
