Job summary

Fussball Club Cincinnati, LLC is seeking an Academy Administration Associate to support the Academy Team Administrator at the FCC Academy and Player Care Department. The role is primarily based at Mercy Health Training Center in Milford, Ohio, averaging 25 hours per week with travel with academy teams.

The position is designated for the 2027 MLS Sprint Season (Feb–Apr 2027) with potential continued employment for 2027–2028 based on performance and organizational needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional or collegiate sports environment preferred.
• Earned degree or enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program, preferably in Business or Sport Management.
• Ability to work outside of regular business hours including weekends and holidays as required by the FCC Academy game schedule, special events and projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general daily administration of FC Cincinnati’s Academy
• Assist Academy Coordinator with planning logistics for away trips
• Assist with player/trialist transportation and accommodations
• Support home match operations, on evenings and weekends
• Support in the logistics of game day preparation and execution
• Travel with teams for away matches and handle logistics
• Assist with Discovery Program
• Complete special projects as needed and other duties assigned
• Other duties as assigned
