Banner University Medical Group Phoenix is seeking an experienced urologist with a focus on minimally invasive endourology to join a collaborative academic practice. The role involves outpatient clinics, inpatient rounds, and OR cases, with opportunities for research, education, and leadership development.

Ideal candidates hold board certification or eligibility in urology, a fellowship in endourology, and an Arizona medical license (or eligibility).

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in urology.
• Fellowship in endourology (1–2 years).
• Unrestricted Arizona medical license or eligibility.
• DEA license with prescribing privileges or eligibility.
• Experience with high-volume stone management.
• Expertise with laser technology and advanced imaging.
• Proficiency in complex endoscopic techniques.
• Commitment to academic and clinical excellence.
• Experience treating diverse patient populations.
• Collaborative mindset to support program growth.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient clinic duties and inpatient rounding.
• OR cases with focus on minimally invasive endoscopy.
• Shared call coverage; potential for additional paid call.
• Manage upper tract pathology and stone disease.
• Procedures include ureteroscopy, RIRS, PCNL, and new BPH therapies.
