Job summary

Banner University Medical Group Phoenix seeks a Board-Certified Urologist with a subspecialty in Endourology to join our academic practice. The position involves outpatient clinics, inpatient rounding, OR cases, and shared call, with a focus on minimally invasive endoscopic procedures.

You will work with DaVinci robotics and advanced imaging in a collaborative environment, with opportunities in research, education, and leadership, aligned with the University of Arizona College of Medicine

Qualifications

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Urology.
• Fellowship in Endourology completed.
• AZ medical licensure unrestricted or eligible.
• DEA license with prescribing privileges.
• Experience with high-volume stone disease.
• Expertise in laser technology and advanced imaging.
• Proficiency in complex endoscopic techniques.
• Commitment to academic and clinical excellence.
• Experience with diverse patient populations.
• Collaborative mindset to support program growth.

Responsibilities

• Clinical duties include outpatient clinic, inpatient rounding, OR cases, and shared call.
• Subspecialty focus on minimally invasive endoscopic procedures.
• Manage upper urinary tract pathology and advanced stone disease.
• Perform ureteroscopy, RIRS, PCNL, and novel BPH treatments.
• Work schedule: full-time; Monday - Friday with shared call; opportunity for additional paid call.
