Job summary

Banner University Medical Group Phoenix in Arizona seeks a Board-Certified urologist with a fellowship in Endourology for a full-time academic practice focused on minimally invasive stone disease and advanced endoscopic procedures.

You will perform ureteroscopy, RIRS, PCNL, and novel BPH treatments, contribute to teaching and research, and collaborate across teams in a comprehensive clinical program with excellent benefits and opportunities for leadership.

Qualifications

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Urology.
• Subspecialty Fellowship in Endourology (1-2 years).
• Unrestricted Arizona Medical Licensure (or eligible).
• DEA license with current prescribing privileges (or eligible).
• High-volume stone experience.
• Expertise in laser technology and advanced imaging.
• Proficiency in complex endoscopic techniques.
• Commitment to academic and clinical excellence.
• Experience with diverse patient populations.
• Collaborative mindset to support program growth.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient clinic, inpatient rounding, OR cases, and shared call coverage.
• Subspecialty focus on minimally invasive endoscopic procedures.
• Management of upper urinary tract pathology (kidneys, ureters).
• Management of advanced stone disease; procedures include ureteroscopy, RIRS, PCNL, and novel BPH treatments.
