Job summary

Banner University Medical Group Phoenix is seeking a BC/BE Urologist with an Endourology focus to join the Department of Urology, contributing to education, research, and clinical excellence within a leading academic health system.

You'll lead minimally invasive endoscopic procedures, collaborate with colleagues, and participate in development of a residency program while balancing outpatient, inpatient, and OR duties.

Qualifications

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Urology.
• Subspecialty Fellowship in Endourology (1–2 years).
• Unrestricted Arizona medical licensure or eligibility.
• DEA license with current prescribing privileges or eligibility.
• Experience with high-volume stone management and laser tech.
• Ability to contribute to academic and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient clinic, inpatient rounding, OR cases, and shared call coverage.
• Subspecialty focus on minimally invasive endoscopic procedures.
• Manage upper urinary tract pathology and advanced stone disease.
• Perform ureteroscopy, RIRS, PCNL, and novel BPH treatments.
