• Provides individualized instruction to identified students and small groups in reading and mathematics.
• Assists teacher with planning instructional activities to meet students' needs in reading and mathematics.
• Advises teachers about students' progress during intervention.
• Retrieves performance data to help evaluate intervention effectiveness and progress.
• Maintains and oversees a positive learning environment under supervision of a certified teacher.
• Collaborates with others in a cooperative and respectful manner.
