The role offers a Clinical Faculty appointment, teaching of residents and students, and opportunities in clinical and/or basic science research.

Qualifications

• American Board of Surgery and American Board of Thoracic Surgery certified or eligible.
• Two years of experience or more required.
• Desire to teach residents, fellows and students in an academic/research setting.
• Experience across general thoracic surgery including lung transplant focus and robotic techniques.

Responsibilities

• Educate residents and medical students.
• Develop a full-time general thoracic surgery practice (lung transplant optional).
• Participate in clinical and/or basic science research.
