Qualifications

• Three years of progressively responsible professional student services work experience.
• Two years’ experience with TRIO or similar programs working with low-income students.
• Success in overcoming obstacles similar to target population.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive academic advising to students.
• Assist in the coordination of outreach services.
• Collaborate with faculty and university staff for student success.

Skills

Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency
