The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) in Charleston seeks an academically oriented, board-certified General Surgical Pathologist with subspecialty interests in GI/Liver, Head and Neck/Endocrine, Gynecologic, and Dermatopathology. The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine includes 66 faculty, strong extramural funding, and robust fellowship programs.

The successful candidate will engage in clinical and translational research, teach residents and fellows, and participate in

Competenze

• Board certification in Anatomic Pathology (AP) or AP/CP.
• Interest and/or experience in subspecialties such as GI/Liver, Gynecologic, Head & Neck/Endocrine, or Dermatopathology.

Mansioni

• Provide diagnostic expertise across subspecialties in surgical pathology.
• Contribute to clinical and translational research efforts.
• Participate in teaching medical students, residents and fellows and in subspecialty tumor boards.
