Elgin Community College seeks tutors to support Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Math, Health Science, or Spanish on campus. The role offers flexible hours up to 15 per week, with tutoring available in person or online.
Pay is $22.00 per hour and the position is non-exempt. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or related subject experience and demonstrate reliability and sensitivity to diverse learners.

Flexible hours, up to 15/week. Tutoring Center is open 9 am – 8pm Monday – Thursday, 9 am – 2 pm Friday, 9 am – 1 pm Saturday.

Provide drop-in, private, or online tutoring as assigned.
Previous teaching experience preferred, especially with high school or college level students.
