Qualifications

• Current professional HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) preferred.
• Preferred knowledge of clinical education processes and healthcare workforce development; understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements for student placements.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities; strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

This role exercises independent judgment in managing student clinical placements across multiple disciplines, optimizing relationships with academic partners, facilitating education affiliation agreements, managing student and instructor onboarding processes and regulatory compliance, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the St. Tammany Academic Center. This role consults with and advises operational leaders, clinical educators, academic stakeholders, and students to ensure and promote a high-quality learning environment that supports the health system's talent pipelines and workforce strategies.**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:**Undergraduate degree in human resources, business or related field required; master's degree preferred.
