Qualifications

• Master's degree (M.A. or M.S.) from accredited college or university required, with preference given to fields like student affairs, counseling, higher education administration or leadership.
• Master’s degree in progress will be considered with expectation of completing degree in two years.

Responsibilities

• Advise students on degree audits, plans of study, course scheduling and registration for undeclared students and those pursuing specific degrees.
• Provide coaching on academic success, personal and professional development, resume writing, interview strategies, and job search skills.
• Maintain knowledge of institutional policies and educate students on Graduation Requirements, Academic Standards of Progress, Probation, and FERPA-related rules.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to provide accurate academic plans and referrals; monitor progress and assist with program delivery.
• Coordinate the Academic Recovery program for freshmen on probation and assist non-freshmen on probation; organize content and run reports.
