Qualifications

• AA/AS degree plus a minimum of two years of full-time teaching or instructional support experience in a college setting.
• Ability to use Academic Coaching best practices and appropriate materials for delivering coaching strategies.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one or group coaching to help students develop academic success plans, set goals, and manage time.
• Guide students in identifying challenges, exploring solutions, and building problem-solving skills.
• Maintain regular communication with students via in-person meetings, virtual sessions, and emails; document progress and outcomes (FERPA compliant).
• Connect students to campus resources (Math Café, Tutoring, Writing Desk, Accessibility Resources) to enhance learning and persistence.
