Pocatello/Chubbuck School District No is seeking a Behavior Tech (Internal Only) to support students in a positive, reinforcing manner. You will relate to students, reinforce goals, collect and document progress, and communicate findings to staff.
Starting date ASAP for the 2026-27 school year. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and completion of at least 32 college credits toward a Bachelor's, or passing the Parapro Assessment.

SALARY SCHEDULE: Rate of pay will be $16.78per hour
START DATE: Beginning of 2026-27 school year.
JOB SUMMARY: The applicants need to be able to relate to students in a positive and supportive manner and to also reinforce the individual goals of the student. Must be able to collect and document data on student
progress on a variety of goals and to communicate that progress to staff. The applicant needs to be flexible as assignments and students will change sometimes on a daily basis. Must be able to work
in an environment without daily, direct supervision. The applicant needs to be willing to ask for help or direction when needed and must be willing to participate in training provided. Educational
experience is preferred but not required.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and successful completion of a minimum of 32 semester credits that will lead to a Bachelors Degree OR must pass the state of Idaho approved Parapro
Assessment test.
