The University of Kansas Health System Olathe Campus invites applications for an Assistant Professor-Neurosurgery to join our expanding team. The role emphasizes comprehensive spine care within a multidisciplinary setting, enabling collaboration with orthopedic spine surgeons, neurologists and radiologists.

The ideal candidate will teach neurosurgery to staff, medical students and residents while maintaining a substantial clinical caseload and contributing to scholarly activity and program

Qualifications

• MD or DO or equivalent.
• Board-eligible/ board-certified Neurosurgery.
• Eligible medical license in KS.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in teaching Neurosurgery to staff, students and residents.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient care and academic programs.
• Dedicate 90% of time to active clinical practice in the Neurosurgery Department.
• Serve on Neurosurgery departmental committees.
