Job description

Our integrated products have helped thousands of Accounts Payable teams work efficiently, reduce manual tasks, and maintain transparency and security. Founded in 1990, Mekorma was quickly embraced as the go-to check printing solution for Microsoft Dynamics GP. We continue to evolve by offering AP automation, modern business applications, and consulting services for Dynamics 365 Business Central, while maintaining our support for Microsoft Dynamics GP.

We are hiring a Customer Success Specialist who is upbeat, proactive, able to manage time effectively in a remote environment, and talented in building meaningful client relationships. You will work with customers to implement Mekorma solutions for Dynamics 365 Business Central, troubleshoot issues during projects, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Additionally, you will provide technical support to existing Dynamics 365 Business Central customers.

This role reports to the Customer Success Manager.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Providing input and advice regarding Dynamics 365 Business Central and Mekorma product capabilities to clients.
  2. Leading Mekorma product implementations for Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  3. Participating in company initiatives such as analysis, documentation, and development.
  4. Building positive client relationships and understanding their business needs.
  5. Providing technical support for Mekorma products related to Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Minimum qualifications:
  1. Experience with Dynamics Business Central Report Builder and AP processes.
  2. Basic accounting knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Sales, and Purchase Orders.
  3. Experience with Dynamics Business Central General Ledger and Accounts Payable.
  4. Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  5. Ability to prioritize tasks independently across multiple projects.
  6. Prompt and effective remote client communication skills.
  7. Excellent troubleshooting skills and error resolution capabilities.
Preferred qualifications:
  1. Experience with Binary Stream Multi-Entity Management on Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  2. Experience creating tenants and installing apps from AppSource.
  3. Knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio Code, AL, .NET, C#.
  4. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
