We are hiring a Customer Success Specialist who is upbeat, proactive, able to manage time effectively in a remote environment, and talented in building meaningful client relationships. You will work with customers to implement Mekorma solutions for Dynamics 365 Business Central, troubleshoot issues during projects, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Additionally, you will provide technical support to existing Dynamics 365 Business Central customers.
This role reports to the Customer Success Manager.
