About the Position:
The Office of the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs manages academic and instructional resources to support teaching, scholarship, and research. We aim to serve as a central resource, ensuring quality programming and fostering partnerships to promote faculty and student success. We seek an exceptional individual for the role of Academic Resource Analyst, who should demonstrate a positive attitude, energetic mind, and commitment to diversity, openness, flexibility, integrity, and kindness.
The Analyst will perform analysis, development, and evaluation of administrative and budget responsibilities, assist with fiscal planning, monitor budgets, generate reports, and support procurement processes. They will work closely with campus offices and provide training on fiscal processes, ensuring compliance and data integrity.
A valid California driver’s license.
