Job summary

Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) seeks a dedicated liaison to connect community nursing programs with our health system, fostering strong partnerships and positive experiences for nursing students, faculty, and clinical groups.

In this role, you will identify barriers to student success, support recruitment of nursing candidates, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall nursing student experience.

Qualifications

• Required Education: Associate degree in hospitality, healthcare, business administration, or a closely related field.
• Required Experience: Two years of experience in the academic and/or healthcare fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between community nursing programs and Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH).
• Foster partnerships and ensure positive experiences for nursing students, faculty, and clinical groups.
• Identify and address barriers to success for nursing education initiatives.
• Support recruitment and hiring of nursing candidates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the nursing student experience.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
