Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) is a private, nonprofit community-based health system serving North Florida and South Georgia, delivering advanced care through partnerships, residency programs, and affiliated practices.

The role acts as the primary liaison between community nursing programs and TMH, fostering partnerships, removing barriers to student success, and supporting recruitment and onboarding of nursing candidates to strengthen TMH’s clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required in hospitality, healthcare, business administration, or related field.
• Two years of experience in academic and/or healthcare fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Your Role:

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY

Required Education: Associate degree in hospitality, healthcare, business administration, or a closely related field.

Preferred Education:None.

Required Experience: Two (2) years of experience working within the academic and/or healthcare fields.
