Qualifications

• A Bachelors degree from an accredited university or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Experience in secondary and higher education programming and implementation.
• Demonstrated success and commitment to diversity and equity, and keen sensitivity to underrepresented groups.

Responsibilities

• Academic Program Planning and Event Coordination: Coordinates and administers weekly academic enrichment and co-curricular programs and events at the SSARC, ensuring alignment with the Schools academic mission.
• Student Academic Advising and Development: Provides academic guidance and advising to student leaders and participants in co-curricular programs, student government, and organizations.
• Academic Program Operations and Support Services: Manages day-to-day SSARC operations to ensure effective delivery of academic support services.
• School and Campus-Wide Academic Program Coordination: Supports planning and implementation of School and campus-wide programs including LeadHR and SPIRL.
• Stakeholder Liaison and Partnership Development: Cultivates relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support program success.
• Academic Program Assessment and Development: Assists with assessment and offers recommendations for program improvements.
