• Process appointments, reappointments, and employment documentation per policies.
• Serve as liaison with Human Resources, Payroll, Budget, and Research Foundation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with rules.
• Track time, leave, payroll submissions, and funding sources.
• Support hiring managers with postings, screening, and interviews.
• Oversee onboarding activities and compliance documentation.
• Provide guidance on personnel policies and timekeeping.
