Job summary

Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Abilene, TX, is seeking a Program Coordinator to support JJMSPPH’s new academic program launch and ongoing operations.

You will partner with the Dean's Office, Registrar, and Enrollment Management to streamline processes for applicants and enrolled students, maintain student records, and help develop outreach to increase enrollment while upholding university policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with six years of related experience; additional education may substitute for experience.
• Experience in coordinating academic programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop an operational launching plan for a new academic program.
• Collaborate with registrar and enrollment management on student needs.
• Coordinate student files and data maintenance for undergraduates and program students.
• Assist in development of marketing materials and outreach to increase enrollment.
• Provide ongoing quality review and collaborate with faculty on strategic improvements.
• Coordinate face-to-face orientation for all new incoming students.
• Enforce university policies and assist in advising students.
• Partner with recruitment staff on annual recruitment planning with outreach events.
