Job summary

Georgia State University’s Robinson College of Business seeks an Academic Program Manager for Virtual Exchange & Global Learning (TEMP) to coordinate day-to-day operations, support faculty and students, and manage partner communications across multiple international institutions.

This role handles grant reporting, budget tracking, procurement, and program evaluation, working with the PI and university offices to ensure timely delivery of initiatives under the Aspen Institute/Stevens Initiative

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business or related field and at least two years of related experience
• Experience coordinating international education or global learning initiatives
• Experience with grant administration, budget tracking, purchasing, and reporting
• Experience supervising student employees or graduate assistants across multiple teams
• Strong project management, organizational, written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day implementation of virtual exchange and global learning initiatives
• Support course-based VE projects and cross-institution coordination
• Liaise with international partner institutions and manage communications
• Coordinate grant-supported initiatives and budgeting activities
• Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise graduate assistants; monitor workload and deadlines
• Maintain program records, rosters, logs, and assessment data; support surveys and feedback
