Job summary

West Virginia University Health System in Waynesburg, PA is seeking a Primary Care Physician for our outpatient center. The successful candidate will have an MD/DO with residency in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Medicine-Pediatrics and be board certified or eligible. Rank at Assistant, Associate, or Professor with leadership and scholarly expectations.

Outpatient duties, teaching, and collaboration with a multi-specialty health system are core parts of the role.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required with eligibility for medical licensure
• Residency in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Medicine-Pediatrics
• Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Medicine-Pediatrics

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care in an outpatient setting
• Contribute to teaching and scholarly activities as part of an academic appointment at Associate Professor/Professor level
