Qualifications

• MD degree (or foreign equivalent).
• Completion of an accredited Plastic Surgery residency program.
• Fellowship in microsurgery or 3 years of equivalent microsurgery experience.
• Track record of excellence in scientific investigation with publications or funding.
• Board eligibility (USMLE steps completed).
• Eligible for medical licensure in Washington state.

Responsibilities

• Support department's commitment to research, teaching, and service.
• Teach medical students, residents, and fellows in a collaborative environment.
• Lead clinical practice in breast reconstruction and microsurgical oncology.
• Participate in leadership roles based on experience and interests.
• No hand call responsibilities; contribute to multidisciplinary teams.
