Albany Medical Center in Albany, NY, seeks a Pediatric Infectious Disease physician to join the Bernard & Millie Duker Children's Hospital. Faculty appointment at Albany Medical College, with option for Assistant or Associate Professor level, based on experience and fellowship training.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatric Infectious Diseases.
• Completion of an accredited Pediatric Infectious Diseases fellowship program.
• Eligible for New York State medical license.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient pediatric infectious disease consultation services.
• Deliver outpatient Infectious Disease and HIV/PrEP clinical care.
• Participate in shared night and weekend home call coverage.
• Teach and supervise medical students, residents, and other learners.
• Mentor trainees in clinical research and scholarly activities.
• Contribute to antimicrobial stewardship, infection prevention, advocacy, and program development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the Children's Hospital.
