Job summary

OU Health in Oklahoma City seeks a Pediatric Anesthesiologist with cardiac specialization to provide direct patient care and lead teaching for residents and trainees. The candidate should hold an Oklahoma medical license or be eligible, and be BC/BE in Anesthesiology. Faculty appointments at OU College of Medicine are possible with experience.

Qualifications

• Oklahoma medical license or eligibility prior to employment.
• Board Certification in Anesthesiology expected within eligibility timeframe.
• Member of OU Health faculty with potential academic appointment commensurate with experience.
• Training/experience in cardiovascular, obstetric, pediatric anesthesiology, critical care, pain management or related research beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care and supervision/teaching of residents, fellows, medical students and trainees.
• Role may include subspecialty work in cardiovascular, obstetric and pediatric anesthesiology, critical care medicine, pain management and related research.
