Job summary

Responsibilities

• Advises students on best degree/major/minor/certificate and career matches.
• Advises students on college transition challenges and academic deadlines; collaborates with faculty or administrators as needed.
• Documents advising appointments and student interactions in the advising software; follows up as needed.
• Promotes good will and customer service to students and consults with other advisors to resolve issues.
• Updates student records and graduation applications in university systems and advising software.
