• Correspond with students about degree requirements and transfer hours via email, calls, and front desk.
• Assist with recruitment events, retention strategies, and monitor data for prospective/admitted students.
• Prepare degree audits, evaluate transfer work, and update four-year plans.
• Train Associate Academic Advisors and lead project assignments.
• Provide orientation sessions and academic planning presentations.
