Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years in student affairs, teaching, or advising.
• Experience advising undergraduates or graduates in a college/university setting.
• Experience using student information systems, degree audit software, or CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provides proactive academic advising to undergrad and graduate students.
• Monitors progress and connects students with campus resources.
• Assists with degree planning, course sequencing, and graduation planning.
• Supports orientation, registration events, and advising initiatives.
• Represents Academic Support and Indiana University at campus events.
