Job summary

Utah Valley University is seeking a University Relations Manager at the Lehi Campus to strengthen partnerships between Concurrent Enrollment and UVU's academic departments. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3–5 years of related experience; OR an equivalent combination totaling at least seven years.
• Knowledge of secondary and higher education curricula, instructional environments, and professional development practices.
• Knowledge of concurrent enrollment program objectives, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of data collection, reporting, recordkeeping, and performance tracking methods.
• Knowledge of administrative and financial processes related to educational program operations.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages UVU communications with academic departments, chairs, and faculty supporting Concurrent Enrollment; collaborates with the Engagement Team to create training materials and resources across print, web, and presentation platforms.
• Delivers onboarding and ongoing professional development for faculty liaisons and UVU Digital Education staff; coordinates annual liaison and department chair training.
• Maintains faculty liaison and department records; coordinates site visits, professional development participation, and liaison compensation; administers surveys and analyzes results for improvement; prepares reports for stakeholders.
• Builds and maintains partnerships with UVU chairs, faculty, and liaisons; leads stakeholder recognition and engagement initiatives; coordinates Digital Education program with campus partners.
• Develops and manages area budgetary aspects related to high school relations activities.
