Job summary

The University of South Florida's Department of Internal Medicine seeks an Open Rank Faculty member to provide outpatient Palliative Care at the Tampa General Hospital Cancer Institute, with attending staff privileges at TGH and affiliated hospitals.

Appointment requires board certification/eligibility in Palliative Care Medicine, a Florida medical license or eligibility, and active participation in teaching residents, fellows and medical students.

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification/eligibility in Palliative Care Medicine.
• Ability to teach residents and medical students.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient palliative care in collaboration with Tampa General Hospital Cancer Institute.
• Participate in teaching residents, fellows and medical students.
• Maintain credentials and participate in clinical, research and academic service activities.
