Job summary

UMass Memorial Health is seeking a Doctor of Optometry to join the Department of Ophthalmology & Visual Sciences at Worcester/Northborough, MA. This full-time position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 8am–5pm, with a 40-hour workweek and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited program.
• Eligible for or currently hold a Massachusetts license.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in optometry.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive eye exams, emergency follow up care, glaucoma co-management, vision rehabilitation services, and same day service care. Prescribe eyeglasses or contact lenses as needed.
