Job summary

Weill Cornell Medical College Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is seeking a fulltime board certified or board eligible OBGYN Hospitalist for NewYork-Presbyterian Lower Manhattan Hospital. The position includes responsibilities for in-house obstetrical coverage and supervision of patient care, as well as eligibility for the Assistant Professor rank. Qualifications

• Must have or be able to obtain a valid New York State Medical License.
• Experience in providing clinical oversight for patients on the labor floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-house obstetrical physician coverage.
• Supervise antepartum and postpartum inpatients.
• Cover gynecologic consults requiring surgical management.
• Participate in continuing medical education and department quality initiatives.
