Weill Cornell Medicine Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology seeks an experienced physician for an academic General OB/GYN faculty role at NewYork-Presbyterian Lower Manhattan Hospital. The position carries the rank of Assistant Professor and emphasizes clinical care, teaching, and scholarly activity.

The successful candidate will provide outpatient obstetric/gynecologic care, participate in labor/delivery coverage, manage antepartum and postpartum inpatients, perform gynecologic surgeries,

Qualifications

• Medical degree required.
• Completion of a 4-year ACGME-accredited obstetrics and gynecology residency.
• Board eligibility or board certification in obstetrics and gynecology.
• Possession or ability to obtain New York State Medical License.

Responsabilités

• Provide outpatient obstetric and gynecologic care including antepartum visits and office procedures.
• Offer in-house labor and delivery coverage and deliver obstetrical patients.
• Care for antepartum and postpartum inpatients.
• Perform gynecologic surgeries.
• Participate in continuing medical education and department quality initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned by Site Chief and Chair.
